Items are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase from XOmarriage.com or from an XO Conference. To be eligible for a refund, the following will apply:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Items returned must be submitted with a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
To complete your return:
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide the name of the item and quantity you wish to return.
- Provide the order number (if purchased at XOMarriage.com) or a copy of the receipt of purchase from the XO Conference.
Once we receive this information, we will follow up with instructions on how & where to return your items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that full or partial refunds will be issued for the item only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should see this refund on your credit card statement within 7-10 business days.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Some health and personal care items
- Books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items that are defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. We will follow up with instructions on how to receive your replacement.
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need the name of the item and quantity you wish to return. Gift items must be unused and returned to us in the original packaging. Items returned will be inspected and you will be notified of your approval or rejection of your return. If approved, gift items can only be exchanged for another resource at the current value of the item returned.
You are responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
